I live in Malta, where the temperatures soar to 40 degrees during the summer months…that’s 104 Fahrenheit). This means that inevitably makeup will start to melt, eyeshadow will crease and what looked like a perfect face at the start of the night ends up becoming a smudgy, splodgy face by the end of it.
