Whilst in Milan last February I watched the Aigner show – Aigner is a luxury German brand highly renowned especially for its leather goods. The collection celebrated 50 years and the colour palette was vivid and striking. There was an interesting mix of nude options followed by bright combinations of bright lime worked with vivid patterns. Fur was a main presence as in all of the Milan shows and leather was also heavily used.
This leather dress below was my favourite piece. Fur shoes were popular at this season’s shows and I think they can add an interesting element to an outfit as long as they’re not overused.
