Outfit Post : Playing Autumn

One of the things I miss most about living abroad is the lack of Autumn – it is such a beautiful season, especially in colder climates, so green, so many fallen leaves, such lovely countryside. We don’t really get that here, we tend to bypass the season although anyway even if we did get it, our patches of countryside wouldn’t really feel the same.

For this outfit post, I tried to find a patch of countryside in Malta, a little patch of green. My reason for green hunting was these boot. Some time ago, I wrote about the ECCO launch event and the new modern direction the company is heading into. I’m wearing my new ECCO boots in these pics and they are truly fitting as an Autumn boot, the textured leather and perfect shade of taupe brown just screams rugged Autumn.

I’m also wearing another pair of earrings from a new online store discovery I mentioned in a previous post – Happiness Boutique, they are so utterly fabulous.
