Clean Living : Snacking Time

Today’s agenda is related to the art of snacking healthily, a phrase that in itself sounds almost like an oxymoron. Recently, I’ve been trying out some new products from an Italian brand called Noberasco and I was quite impressed. As a snack-addict, (I would rather forgo meals and snack all day), finding healthy snacks and refraining from eating crisps and chocolate is my greatest challenge.  The hubby has long been a dried fruit fan, he once even bought a kilo of dried apples online (no I don’t have that figure wrong) but it’s only over the last year that I’ve grown to appreciate the idea.

So, back to Noberasco, I received  a selection of  products as a Christmas gift and I have been sampling them over te past month. My fave items up till now have been the cereal bars and fruit bites as they’re really easy to carry around and eat when you get the munchies. I won’t lie, they’re not as good as potato crisps, but I did enjoy eating them and they’re packed with vitamins and minerals and really low in calories, fat and sugar. As ,I’ve often mentioned, on a day-to-day basis, Monday to Friday I get my food for the day delivered by Plan H. However, over December they took a 2-week break and there are the weekends to cater for, so this is when I’ve been sampling theses various Noberasco items.

And in an entirely unrelated, photo opportunity,  a new Charles and Ron mini saddle bag, also gifted from me to me over Christmas time decided to pop in.
