Competition: PLAN H Giveaway Alert & Apple Crumble Recipe

‘Tis time for a new competition giveaway Caroline’s we are going to be giving away 5 days free of PLANH meals. So if you’re not familiar with what PlanH is ->

Plan H is a wonderful company designed to help you get on track – basically they prepare and deliver healthy, nutritional food for the whole day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner) and the whole pack weighs in at about 1200 calories for the women or 1800 for the men.

So 1 person will get 5 days of food delivered to  their front door. To tie this in with fashion and beauty – there’ll also be little extra gifts shown daily that will be part of the final prize.

Rules 



Competition starts Tuesday 14th June and ends 21st June.

Each day at 8:30 am barring Sunday, I will be posting a photo of a PLAN H  food item and a couple of multiple choice questions.

Images will be posted on my FB page.

To be in with a chance of winning, you need to

  • Guess ONE correct answer either by leaving a comment at the end of this post or under the FB image on my page. (1 answer per day)

  • ****OPTIONAL : Tag a friend each day for an extra entry into the draw per day if all the above is correct

All Correct Entries will go into the draw at the end of each day.

 Regulations

  • Name will be selected at random from all the lists of correct answers and will be asked a supplementary question so as to be declared the winner
  • Only open to residents of Malta and Gozo
So to celebrate I’ve begged the chef for the Apple Crumble Recipe in the pic below &&& they actually said yes. Here you go
Ingredients
  • 4 medium apples, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray an 8X8 cooking dish with cooking spray. Add the chopped apples and toss with 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon.
  3. Using our hands, combine the oats, flour, almonds, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and butter to create the crumb topping. Spread evenly over the apples.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
